A new message from Editor-in- Chief
The IAJAA enters its 9th year, and over this period the editorial board have accepted and published 156 reviewed papers from 12 Arab countries with few papers from other countries. All papers are open access.
The editorial board have done the best to ensure publishing high quality of papers. The IAJAA has succeed to spread important research data and review studies on various aspects of bacterial agents and antimicrobial agents , especially to present recent data about evolution of antimicrobial resistance in the Arab region.
We are pleased to inform you that many of the published papers had more than 200 readers and increasing number of citations. We expect to get soon an Impact factor for the IAJAA and to be included again into Elsevier Scopus. However, all published papers are currently have international dot number and indexed in many important databases
We appeal to our Arab colleagues and international colleagues to submit their articles to The IAJAA.
Beginning in 2015, we started to cover the high cost of publication by asking authors to pay the minimal fees of 150 Euros to cover part of publication cost since we have no more available source of funding.
We would like to express our appreciation to all our dear reviewers and authors who have contributed articles to be publish in The IAJAA. It is their generous contributions of time and effort that made possible this journal to exit and flourish worldwide over the last 8-year.
